We, as parents, need to be informed. We need to do all that we can to stand up for our rights. We need to protect our children and our families from evil agendas that aim at breaking down our authority in our own homes.
And above all, we need to pray!
Absolutely NOT! Connecticut parents need to call their legislators NOW and demand a no vote on this! I second you...what is this country coming to? Government is supposed to protect us...not RUN our lives! bleh! Prayers for all of you! I wonder why they are leaving out the parochial and private schooled children...an assumption that it would cause too much friction between separation of church and state? Hmmm....
ReplyDeleteI went tot he website to share my thoughts and was disappointed that it was the CT state legislature site. Not much we can do there, since we don't live there.
DeleteWhat gets me most is that the government is going about this so backward. WE don't need more of their involvement in our families. We need less! It is not a lack of gov't that is causing school shootings and random violence- it is a lack of strong families. This will not solve anything but will create SO many more problems!
